All massages are by appointment only

Arrivals: If you are visiting for the first time, please arrive 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment. This will allow time for you to complete a brief health history form.

If you are a returning guest please arrive five minutes early. This allows time for us to discuss your health needs for the day which avoids time taken away from your massage.

Cancellation Policy: A minimum of 24 hours is required for cancellations or rescheduling of an appointment. This will allows us to contact an alternate client who requires treatment.
